Great Deals on Wheels Plant Sale !!

Although there is no plant stall, we still have lots of plants growing-up for sale. Therefore, we have listed all the plants and will allow members to request the plants they would like. We then hope to make very local deliveries to your door as an online sale when they are ready towards the middle-end of April. No crowds, no contact, just some wonderful new plants that will need some love and nurturing. View the Plants...

Jobs to Do in the Garden this Month

In these exceptional times, keep safe and keep gardening

  • Finish lifting and splitting any large or overgrown clumps of perennials (if you have spares, we will try to collect these from you for sale by the Club - see the Plant Sale page)

  • Mulch herbaceous perennials with well-rotted manure or garden compost

  • Start planting your chitted potatoes but protect any emerging shoots from late frosts

  • Continue sowing seeds in a propagator or warm, light window sill

  • Start Dahlia tubers into growth in a frost-free place

  • As temperatures rise, start mowing lawns more frequently but still with higher than normal blade height
